The Ladish name first enters the manufacturing market with a forging facility.
1931
Penn Machine Works is founded in Pennsylvania.
1944
Western Forge and Flange is founded in California.
1956
Smith Valves is founded by James D. Smith.
1992
Penn expands to Houston, TX.
2007
Ladish moves HQ to Houston, TX.
Western Forge and Flange relocates near Houston, TX.
2019
LPW Group is formed and acquires its first seven companies.
